What happens to what you send me.

Who I am

Bright Door Web is a one-person studio run by Ty. If you have a question about this page, email ty@brightdoorweb.com.

What the quote form collects

Only what you type in:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your current website (optional)
• What you need (fix, new site, site with booking, or not sure yet)
• Your message (optional)

To keep spam out, the form also checks your IP address. It’s used to limit how many requests one connection can send in a few minutes, and that counter clears itself after about 15 minutes.

What I use it for

Only to reply to you and prepare your quote. I don’t sell your information, I don’t rent it, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.

Who helps me run this

• Resend delivers the form to my inbox as an email.
• Cloudflare hosts the site, and its Turnstile check protects the form from spam bots.
• Stripe processes card payments if we work together. I never see or store your card details.

Tracking

This site has no ad trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals, to count visits in aggregate. I don’t use cookies for advertising.

Deleting your information

Want me to delete what you sent? Email ty@brightdoorweb.com and I’ll take care of it.

Changes

If this page changes, I’ll update the date at the top.
